Accepting The Lactation Network (TLN) plans
If you have been approved through The Lactation Network, Dana the LC is a participating provider. We can transfer your file over. If you have not requested approval, you can request below. Not all plans will go thought TLN. Dana the LC can submit some plans that are not covered under TLN. Some plans can only go through TLN. The Lactation Network. Plan are outlined below. Now in-network - through The Lactation Network - for commercial members with United Healthcare for in-person visits.

Accepting Independence Blue Cross (IBX)
I am contracted with Independence Blue Cross (IBX), our local Philadelphia Blue Cross License including Personal Choice, Keystone Health Plan East
Accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
My contract with Independence Blue Cross includes the majority of all BCBS programs with a few exceptions:
Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield must be submitted through The Lactation Network and needs pre approval:
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware must be submitted through The Lactation Network and need pre approval -
Some Capital Blue Cross Plans need to be submitted through The Lactation Network and need pre approval

If you have Highmark BCBS, please submit an insurance approval request through The Lactation Network. If approved, The Lactation Network will cover all the billing for your Highmark BCBS plan.
Accepting BCBS of Delaware through The Lactation Network
If you have BCBS of Delaware, please submit an insurance approval request through The Lactation Network. If approved, The Lactation Network will cover all the billing for your BCBS Delaware plan.
Accepting Meritain
I am able to accept Meritain but your visit may not be fully covered. There may be an out-of-pocket cost of $80-$160.
Accepting Cigna through Wildflower, LLC
I am contracted with Cigna through Wildflower, LLC. You can verify your insurance plan through the link below. You will get an automatic notice of approval. Once approved you will be directed to my booking page and CAN schedule an appointment. We will both receive an email confirmation from Wildflower, LLC as well.

up to 90 minutes
Follow Up Consultation - $125
up to 60 minutes
